This is intended only as a guide and an illustration of all the various risk factors we need to be aware of when advising our clients about osteoporosis. Score 60 or more and your risk of osteoporosis is higher than normal.  The higher the score, the more risk.  You are also at a significantly higher risk if you are female.  Simple self-help measures and lifestyle changes can reduce your risk factor to an acceptable level.
